Modular Modernization
Some of the Old Elevators have various performance issues, due to which there are regular disturbances in the running of the elevator, creating discomfort and dissatisfaction among the passengers.
At FUJI-Sophus, different modules of upgradations are available. These are small and specific upgrades like Controller, Buttons, Elevator Cabin Accessories, Replacement of complete Electrical Cables / Equipment’s, etc.

Full Replacement
In situations where the elevator is very old and no upgrade can help bring it to a working condition, we suggest full replacement of the elevator. There can be a need for a new capacity and a new type of an elevator due to which full replacement becomes the right solution to the need.
In such cases, we focus on minimizing disruption for building residents, by doing in phases in case of multiple elevators, and we work 24X7 when there is a single elevator to avoid delay in completion of the work. Since the full replacement is like providing a new elevator, this ensures that there are no problems left and the elevator will be better availability and reliability.
